# Disclosure Date

Periodic report disclosure schedule, providing each company's expected and actual report-release dates. The expected date is pre-announced by the company and may be adjusted, while the actual date is when the report is formally published. Used to plan earnings-tracking schedules ahead of time, build an earnings-season calendar, and locate disclosure windows for event-driven strategies. Note that expected dates can change, so reconcile against the latest schedule before live use.
